Client relations specialist plays an important role at Wildwood Animal
Hospital & Clinic. Individuals who are outgoing, well organized, good
communicators, compassionate and client oriented are encouraged to
apply for this position. Applicants must be available some Saturdays
and have 2 years previous customer service experience.
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the
telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and
maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients,
filling prescriptions, over the counter sales, computer operation,
financial transactions and general housekeeping.

discharging of surgical patients, client communications and general
housekeeping.
